After completing the Master of Business Administration Elvira was looking for a career where every day brought with it something new, where she could interact with different people…real estate was the answer!
She started to work in Barfoot & Thompson City branch where she was specialising in Apartments sales. During that time Elvira gained knowledge of such complicated topics as specifics of the sale of unit title properties, in depth understanding of body corporate regulations and rules as well as dealing with tenants. Elvira was asked to deliver various presentations about those topics to wide groups of people: from investors to fellow real estate agents.
When an opportunity arose, Elvira moved to the Royal Oak Branch, where she was able to sell a wider range of properties from units and houses to land for development and exclusive properties.
When working with Elvira you will find that she is very energetic, enthusiastic and organised. Her motivated and goal orientated personality means she will be dedicated to delivering you top results.
In the tiny amount of free time Elvira has at her disposal, she enjoys being a member and past President of Auckland Toastmasters club. To coincide with this, Elvira teaches professional sports people in the Art of Public speaking. In the last couple of years Elvira has been privileged to train members of the Chiefs, the Blues, the Warriors and BOP ITM Rugby team.
